May 2017 average sales price for new & existing homes combined ($233,044) is 6.6% higher than May 2016.

There were 4,019 home sales (new & existing combined) for May 2017 – 0.5% Higher than last May (3,999).

Home inventory (new & existing combined) for May 2017 (6,997) is 24.2% lower compared to May 2016.

The supply of new and existing homes for May 2017 is 2.2 months representing a home market favoring sellers.
