February 2019 average sales price for new & existing homes combined ($228,138) is 5.8% higher than February 2018.

There were 2,118 home sales (new & existing combined) for February 2019 7.1% lower than last February 2018 (2,279).

Home inventory (new & existing combined) for February 2019 (6,914) is .7% higher compared to February 2018.

The supply of new and existing homes for February 2019 is 2.1 months representing a home market favoring sellers.
