We provide your home with an electronic key lock box that securely stores the key. To access the key box a person must be a member in good standing with the Kansas City Regional Association of Realtors. Their authorization is checked every 24 hours and a log tracks every box they have accessed. They use either a specially coded key pad or a smartphone app
