Prior to his current role, Fred served as a residential property adjuster, gaining extensive knowledge about how homes are built and the various types of damage a home can sustain. This has proven beneficial to many of his clients in both the home buying and selling process. Fred’s passion for helping people with the greatest investment they will ever make makes clients feel confident and comfortable in every step of the transaction process.

Outside of the office, he enjoys spending time with his family and serving on the Board of Directors for The Dream Factory of Greater Kansas City.

Sarika Brinkman is a local Blue Valley North grad, and received her BFA from Kansas State University. She has lived most of her life here in the KC Metro area, and recently purchased her own property in Kansas City.
