Our small family moved to the Kansas City area earlier this year. We were very unfamiliar with the area, and Fred helped us identify search parameters for a new home—advising on value, location, etc. Throughout the process, Fred was attentive and available. Fred is an extremely good real estate agent! My husband and I had been looking for a home for quite some time when we found Fred. He is very knowledgeable and never once said he didn't have time to show us any property we asked about. He was very quick to set up showings and even pointed out things in the home that we might have missed. Not once did he pressure us into making an offer. He was very patient and guided us through the process with kid gloves.
